روز شنبه مورخ 8 شهریور 1404 مصادف با 30 ام آگوست سال 1404، پروفسور اصغر زیدی، رئیس دانشگاه مدیریت و تکنولوژی شهر لاهور پاکستان ضمن ملاقات با آقای دکتر خداشناس رئیس دانشکده کشاورزی، از مجتمع صنایع غذایی دانشکده بازدید بعمل آورد. وی در این بازدید که به درخواست ایشان انجام شده بود بر جایگاه برجسته دانشکده کشاورزی در منطقه تاکید کرد و تولید محصولات صنایع غذایی، گلخانه‌های تحقیقاتی، مزارع تحقیقاتی و واحدهای پرورشی دام و طیور را بسیار عالی توصیف کرد.
دانشگاه مدیریت و تکنولوژی شهر لاهور پاکستان در گروه‌های آموزشی صنایع غذایی و اقتصاد کشاورزی با دانشکده کشاورزی وجوه اشتراک آموزشی و پژوهشی دارد.
Official Visit of the President of University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, to the Faculty of Agriculture, FUM
On Saturday, August 30, 2025, Professor Asghar Zaidi, President of the University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, visited the Faculty of Agriculture, FUM and met with Professor Khodashenas, Dean of the Faculty.
During this visit, which took place at Professor Zaidi’s request, he toured the Faculty’s Food Industries Complex and expressed his appreciation for the remarkable achievements of the institution. He emphasized the significant role and regional prominence of the Faculty of Agriculture, FUM and described the food production units, research greenhouses, experimental farms, and livestock and poultry breeding facilities as exemplary.
The Lahore University of Management and Technology shares common academic and research interests with the Faculty of Agriculture, particularly in the areas of Food Industries and Agricultural Economics. This visit is expected to pave the way for future collaborations between the two institutions.
